 2. Recycling machine test.
 3. Bad machine repair.
 4. Other tasks assigned by the leadership.

Requirements

         2. proactive, strong sense of responsibility, with good communication skills and teamwork consciousness, goal plan execution.
         3. with skilled computer and office software operation ability.
         4. German or English can be basic communication.

Job Responsibility

(1) Responsible for the technical support of our products in Europe. Rapid response and resolution of customer inquiries. Accompanying sales engineers on customer visits and providing technical support when required.
    (2) Instructing installers in the installation of our products, monitoring, maintenance etc.
    (3) Sorting and translating technical product information. Compiling product and technical information from various overseas markets. Collecting German grid connection standards, specifications and feedback to the head office to improve our products.
    (4) Customer trainings: Occasional training of dealers and installers on our products and warranty handling.

Requirements

    1. You have initial knowledge in the field of power electronics, electrical engineering or photovoltaics
    2. Ideally, you have gained initial experience in working with FAE tools
    3. You have a very good command of German and English
