Job Responsibility

1、On-site installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of PV inverters for overseas projects;  

1.1、Solve problems encountered by customers during the installation process.  

1.2、Solve problems encountered by customers in the later use of the process.

2、Support for after-sales engineers as well as agents;  

2.1、Remote or on-site support for specific problems encountered by overseas engineers or agents.  

2.2、Compile a list of frequently asked questions and send it to the relevant people to learn and refer to.

3、Summary of issues;  

3.1、Summarize the problems encountered in the after-sales service process and feedback to the relevant departments for improvement.  

3.2、Summarize after-sales process issues and assist the after-sales department to improve the after-sales process.

4、Responsible for recording and filing of after-sales service work;  

4.1、Summary of various documents such as weekly reports, remote service records, etc.

5、Professional training;  

5.1、Training for dealers.  

5.2、Training for installers as well as other customers.

1、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in automation/electronics/electrical or other related fields;

2、Independent, purposeful and accountable way of working;

3、Proficient and fluent in English and German; Have a strong sense of customer service;

4、Good communication and execution skills and a team player. Adaptable to extended travel.
